unpleasant stairs

confusing pricing

i initially thought this could be a decent stay, but the stairs to reception absolutely ruined my vibe. plus, i can't believe they charged us different prices for coffee, how ridiculous! after everything, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do, but alas, i just couldn't see past the disappointment.

tasty breakfast

this place was really nice, staff were super friendly, especially david at the front desk. our room was spacious and clean, had a nice bathroom and the shower was great. the breakfast was tasty with lots of choices, felt like a perfect start to our day. also, it’s in a cool location, just a 20 min walk to the city center or quick tram ride. overall, we had no issues and enjoyed our stay a lot.

comfortable room

had a great time at pure white! the room was perfect and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. the staff were fantastic, and housekeeping did an amazing job. it’s also just a quick walk to the city center, making exploring super easy.

Privacy in the bathroom is compromised with thin glass partitions, which might not suit everyone's comfort level. the high entry into the bathtub is restrictive, particularly for those with mobility concerns. Odd plumbing noises from the taps can disturb peace, especially at night. The breakfast setup suffers from disorganization, leading to overcrowding and confusion around food options, making for a less than ideal start to the day.
